At The Sewing Room is an online shop located in Bunbury, Western Australia and I can ship around the world.

All welcome At The Sewing Room. Handmade items are handcrafted by me. I use a range of quality fabrics, interfacing, bagware to create a quality designer handbag. Designs include cork and vinyl features. With a twist of my own elements.

Custom Orders are welcome.

If you see a bag in store that I have made and you want to make it your own, by mixing and matching fabrics to suit your style. Please message me I'll love to help you out.

To order a custom bag: Please have a look at the available handbag and wallet styles I offer which will be slowly added in the next few months so please be patient with me. If you see something you like, but not in a print you love? I will be happy to accept custom orders for fabric substitutions! Please choose a fabric of your liking and I will set up a custom invoice for you with the bag of your choice and the specific fabric you like. Please message me to submit a request, or any questions.

*Bag Care At The Sewing Room produces quality fabric bags which have potential to last a long time if treated with care. Carrying bricks in your bag will reduce its life span. 😉

Full immersion in water/washing machine is not recommended as it will affect delicate internal layers. A gentle spot clean with a clean damp cloth, test patch first, & dry in a shady spot. Please keep in mind I do not offer refunds or replace waterproofing mishaps, if you choose to waterproof, or general mistreated or normal wear and tear of everyday use.

*Payment for custom orders is due before work will begin, once payment is received, your place in the custom order queue is secured.

*Each item is handmade and may vary from the pictures listed, only because each item is created from scratch and sewn individually.

*Fabric placement and measurements may vary slightly from description as each item is handmade individually.

* I use good quality fabric, interfacing, bag hardware etc i will not substitute it for a cheaper product to keep the cost down.

*If you find fabric on sale or like some fabric you found. Please don't send me your personal fabric to create something with it. I do not work with this fabric.

*PAYMENT POLICY: I only accept PayPal payments at this time. Full payment is due at the time of order. All orders are custom made, scheduling and production does not begin until your invoice is paid in full.

*REFUND POLICY: I work really hard to ensure you receive a quality item. If you are not satisfied, you may return non-custom made items in my shop within 3 days of receiving the shipment for a refund (less shipping).

Custom items, Special order Items that are custom ordered or items that have fabrics that are special ordered or combination of fabrics not shown in my shop or upgraded bags, or changed sizes of bags cannot be returned or exchanged as these are one of a kind made just for you! Please make sure you are happy with the custom bag description before you purchase.

*LOST PACKAGES

I do not refund for lost packages and I am not responsible, or refund, for items not received due to an incorrect address.

* I am not a dressmaker I do not hem or do alterations on clothing so please do not ask.
