Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. If there is an issue with your order we will hold it and contact you.
 All items are send using tracked post. Please be aware that at peak times including Easter, Christmas and special sales, orders might take longer to be dispatched (4 - 8 business days).

We use Australia Post to ship our orders (www.auspost.com.au).

Our shipping days are Monday - Friday.

We ship through Auspost, so varying arrival dates will be due to Auspost postage times.While we try our best to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible, unexpected postal delays do sometimes occur. Our shipping estimates rely on Australia Post.
